before lunch, one of the scientific officers (together with another lab officer) threw me a stack of things to zap, and it was about 10cm thick. why do this to me on my last day?!?!? he always like to exploit me, and my poor friend who's always hang around with me got roped in as well. hahaha. obviously i couldnt finish everything and the stupid photocopying machine kept getting jammed, so i just did like half of the stack, together with my friends' help. and by 4pm, me and my friend really had to go cos we still need to give out gifts, take photos, clear out our drawer etc etc my supervisor is very nice, she got me a tee and treated me lunch. one of the head said we can always come back to do internship again, provided they need students. yeah! :D and i was told today that i actually got posted to cosmetic lab, but i went to pharm lab instead. THANK GOODNESS. pharm lab rocks!! might be back in sept to finish up the project when the samples arrive, probably for a few days. will see how things go. and im so going to miss hsa and my intern friends. will miss things like going to chinatown and police cantonment to have our lunch, slacking in the pantry, chilling out in the resource centre, taking stupid photos in the lab, doing sample preparation, running my HPLC, sorting out my huge stack of data, surfing fb sneakily when there's nothing to do in the lab, bitching about nus and our profs when we ran out of things to talk about, hehe. and the list goes on... |
